This site describes the role of the corporation within the M&D group and lets you get in touch. It is general information about our business.

Using this site, submitting the form or exchanging emails with us does not create a contractual relationship. Any engagement begins only through a signed agreement.

The corporation and the partnership

M&D Developments Corp acts as general partner of M&D Realty Investments LP. Property is held and developed by the partnership, not by the corporation in its own name, and contracts relating to a project are entered into by or on behalf of the partnership.

References on this site to what "we" acquire, develop or build describe the activity of the group as a whole. They do not mean the corporation holds title to those assets.

Eligibility

The site is intended for adults who are legally able to enter into contracts, and for information purposes only. Access from a jurisdiction where the content would be unlawful is prohibited.
